About Steve Fields
b. Chicago, 1950. Every moment of our experience is an act of creation. I have been inspired by many artists of the past and present to arrive at this moment of creativity. I have been inspired by some wonderful spiritual teachers to arrive at this moment of beauty and mystery. I invite you to share in my vision of this mystery. Many of the images in this gallery have started out as paintings or collage; then processed through photoshop to become what I refer to as: 'virtual painting'. These refined images are then available as digital prints on this site. Recently I've concentrated on the collage medium using postage stamps and cut-outs of photos from old Life magazines. thanks for your comment! so far i find that you have to put your work out there in the local community and feature it on facebook, postcards, business cards, etc. so that folks will be more likely to check out your site. this site has great features but it's not going to bring that many people to your profile for sales.
